• Student Data: Student names, class assignments, and the unique identifier of the assigned Movotag NFC keychain.
• Usage & Attendance Data: Timestamps of NFC keychain taps at the classroom reader devices, reflecting arrival and departure events.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and usage analytics when you access the Movotag School live dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Movotag School Services.
• To instantly deliver SMS and WhatsApp notifications regarding student arrivals, departures, and absences.
• To generate attendance reports and live dashboards for authorized school administrators.
